Summer Solstice Day Retreat - Confluence Arts Center with The Herb Shoppe

Join us for a day in the countryside at Confluence Arts Center to celebrate the Solstice and welcome Summer! Be immersed in nature and replenish your body and soul through a rich combination of offerings including: mindful movement and meditation, sound healing, a plant walk, tincture and elixir making, flower crown crafting, and restorative yoga. We’ll integrate the day with a cacao ceremony and closing ritual.

*A locally sourced home-cooked vegetarian meal is included with registration.

Day Retreat Itinerary:

10:00-10:15 am - Arrival, tea and snacks available

10:15-10:30 am – Introductions, grounding and intentions for the day

10:30-11:15 am – Mindful movement practice and meditation with Brianna Taylor
