I was raised among the Ko’olaus in O'ahu, Hawai'i, and have been drawn to indigenous practices that honor our land, ancestors, and cultural traditions.

I am an acute-care Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, 300HR+ Registered Yoga Teacher, and Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator based in Portland, Oregon.

My deepest intention is to bring people together through somatic learning, cacao plant medicine, and communal curiosity.
